How do I get my photos or memorabila to you?
Your photos can either me emailed or mailed to me. Please make sure you have a backup copy of all pictures you send.
If using memorabilia, these will need to be sent by mail.
What is your return policy?
Sorry, no refunds on personalized items. Not responsible for lost or damaged items during shippinng.
If you feel the item was misrepresented in any way, the purchase price will be refunded, less shipping cost. Items must be returned in original condition before refund will be given. Refund will be given on card used using PayPal.
How long does it take for completion of tiles?
Scrapbook tiles usually take around 2 to 3 days to complete.
Photo tiles, personalized tiles and coasters take about 5 days to complete for epoxy to completely dry.
What is the ordering process for a custom tile?
Once an order is placed you will receive an email with an attached order form.
Fill out the order form then email back.
If more information is needed you will be contacted by either email or phone. Once I receive your photos I will make a design then send a picture for your approval via email. Once your are satisfied with the design it will be assembled.
